Adventure Sport Sponsorship Opportunity with the Company85 Global Challenge
The Company85 Global Challenge team intends to cover 24,000 miles in less than 50 days, using a purpose-built 90-foot powerboat with a top speed of nearly 50 knots. It intends to break the World Record of 61 days, currently held by New Zealander Pete Bethune. The team is led by British ocean adventurer Alan Priddy, previous winner of 37 world boating records. It also includes powerboat champion Shelley Jory-Leigh, six other highly-experienced crewmembers, and a ‘Formula 1’-style pit crew. BBC will produced a documentary on the entire event.
