Main Problems of Musicians, Stage Performers & Fine Artists

Financial Instability due to inconsistent sales and high commissions and fees.

Inefficient Management that is more interested in maximising their short-term profit rather than securing the long-term interests of the artist or No Management.

Difficulty to achieve market penetration as intermediaries favour the easily marketable and the popular, making it difficult for artists to maintain authenticity.

A lack of competent legal representation that often leads to regrettable contracts and a poor intellectual property protection.

Inability, due to a lack of knowledge, know-how and/or understanding, to access public and private funding and grants.

Emotional, mental and physical exhaustion.

Main Problems for Consumers or Wannabe Consumers of Art (music, stage, fine art)

Inflated costs

Difficulty to access authenticity

Goal

-          Help great artists to achieve financial stability and creative authenticity.

-          Help artists to protect themselves, their work and their future.

-          Make great art more affordable and accessible to the general public.

-          Become the go-to for consumers seeking affordable authentic art experiences, as well as the go-to for galleries, agencies, curators, studios and groups seeking incredible new talent.

How?

Short to Medium Term:

Build and market a free application for artists to sell directly to consumers as well as to studios, companies, groups and galleries.

Build and manage relationships with every public and private organisation that offers assistance to artists and help your artists to use these resources.

Create and produce two major festival events each year that will be part art festival, part artist showcase, part tradeshow for products (equipment, materials, tools) and services (schools, classes, wellness), and part sponsor actualisation.

Create, manage and market social media, video sharing, internet radio(s) and streaming(s) that promote your artists with a fair distribution of the revenue they generate.

Long Term:

Very affordable art centres that include art exhibitions, music and stage performances, store, food and beverage. Simple, accessible, affordable.

Marketing Strategy

Stage 1: Industry articles by carefully selected publications.

Stage 2: Represented artists, social media, media coverage.

Stage 3: Use all available by tools by the organisation, the represented artists, sponsors, donators, media coverage and events.

The goal is to grow consumers faster than represented artists and to avoid being under staffed or over staffed.

Revenue

This is a Not-For-Profit and as a Not-For-Profit it must exhaust every opportunity to reduce expenses through the use of volunteers, interns and pro-bono services from individuals and organisations. Revenue sources:

1.       Advertisement Sales (website, app, social media, radio, events)

2.       Sponsorship Sales (website, app, social media, radio events)

3.       Donation Drives, especially from successful artists

4.       Event Sales (entrance, food, beverage, merchandise)

5.       Art Centre Sales (store, food and beverage)

Note: I am in possession of a very applicable brand name, logo and domain for this project that is available if desired.
