Description
Sellers, buyers and professional brokers of high value products (real-estate, jewellery, watches, art, automobiles, boats and more) all suffer from an environment that is burdened by an over-saturation of non professional intermediaries, an unrealistic demand for proof of interest due to an abundance of time-consuming inquiries, and sales communication to buyers that is inadequate and often incorrect or inaccurate due to intermediaries desperately trying to protect their commissions and/or fees. The result is transactions that costs a lot more and takes a lot longer than they should.

Solution
A multi-lingual global private application where all members (sellers, buyers, brokers) are manually vetted for approval; listed products are manually approved to ensure that all information is accurate and sufficient for buyers to make a decision; and all members remain anonymous without the ability for any unsolicited communication between members. The application will only be allowed to be used via the registered device. The application will not in any way be involved in any transaction or profit in any way from any information provided by its members. This application is guaranteed to save sellers, buyers and brokers both time and money.
Target Market
Private sellers, companies, funds, family offices, ultra high net worth individuals and financial institutions.
Pricing strategy
Freemium to begin: Members have a limited amount of products that can be listed and a limited amount of products that they can click on for more information.
Low membership fee: Sellers and brokers will be able to purchase discount membership with even further discounts for bi-annual or annual memberships. Vetted professional buyers will be offered six month free membership. Sellers and brokers will only be interested if they are able to sell their products. The application needs buyers.
Full membership fee: Once the application has proven that it is reliable, discreet, profitable helping sellers, buyers and brokers to save time and money (12 months - more or less) fees will be standardised with discounts for the purchase of multiple licenses by companies.
Penetration Strategy
Start with one market (choose the one where you have the most experience and largest network) and quickly expand to include all possible markets.
Legitimacy, reputation and trust is imperative to attract members. If you do not have a name (individual or entity) attached that will inspire trust of the target members then I strongly suggest that you find a partner that does.
Media coverage by a reputable and trusted source for each market (real-estate, jewellery, watches, art, automobiles, boats, etc)
Global communication of all transactions whenever allowed by the parties.
Marketing: direct, targeted advertisement and tradeshow.
Monetisation
In addition to membership fees the application can also generate revenues via advertisement. Service providers (developers, appraisers, financial institutions, lawyers, notaries, consultants) will be able to be purchase inclusion in a list that will be categorised according to country, city and type of service, as well as purchase premium advertisement.
Objective
To be the most trusted and profitable location for sellers, buyers and brokers of high value goods.
